Welcome to the Charlestown by the Sea Civic Association (CBS), Charlestown, Rhode Island!
The Charlestown by the Sea Civic Association (CBS), in Charlestown, Rhode Island, is a volunteer-driven, non-profit organization which manages and maintains its recreational resources for the benefit of its membership.
Property owners that own residential real estate in the Charlestown by the Sea Plat are invited to join our Association.
